Declaration of Victory: I won the lottery!

24 hours have passed, so I resolve this DoV.  A Quorum of Musicians have voted, and more than half of the votes are in favor.  The Dynasty is over, and Hix is (very temporarily) the new Conductor.

—Hix, who prefers not to use first person pronouns in the Admin field.

So I won the “A Procedural Conclusion” lottery, and thus believe that I have achieved victory in the current Dynasty.  I’ll be passing the mantle to someone with an idea for a theme.
