Proposed new dynastic rule: “Academy Awards”, as follows:
An Actor achieves Victory if e is in possession of at least three Oscars and e posts a Declaration of Victory.
“Oscars” are, as of yet, undefined. This is a placeholder intended to spur creative thinking towards alternate ways of achieving Victory.
Sub-proposal:

if the proposal “Oscars” has more FOR Votes than AGAINST Votes when this proposal resolves.

Maybe, when we have Oscars… Also, don’t require an Actor to post a Declaration of Victory to achieve victory. Take a look at 1.9: A DoV is what an Actor does when e believes that e has already achieved victory.

BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
