• Effects:
• At any time an Omega Bomb may be detonated in a Territory by a Country with a presence in the Territory with the Omega Bomb, or the Omega Bomb may be detonated in a target Territory immediately after a Country has made an attack post at that Territory if e has the Omega Bomb in a Territory e controls. When the Omega Bomb is detonated in a Territory all populations in that Territory are reduced to zero, all populations in adjacent Territories are reduced to half (rounding any fractional amounts to the next higher integer), all Constructions in the Territory are demolished, and the Territory loses 1 unit of production capacity in the Commodity of the detonator’s choice (to a minimum of 0). The Omega bomb is then demolished.
