While there’s no harm in allowing this proposal to pass and alter itself, I think you meant to change the ruleset instead.

The obvious target of “replace text with other text” is the ruleset.

Is that all you meant by “needs a scope”?

The obvious targets are either the specific instance in this proposal, or everywhere including this proposal and Proposal: Spooky Grid Action.
