Remove the sentence in the rule “The Beach” that reads:

If a Castaway is at the Beach and has an HSR above 5, they may rest at the campfire and set their HSR to 5, at any time.

Append to the list of Date Actions in the rule “Workdays” the following item:

• Rest at the Beach to reset their HSR to 5. A Castaway may only take this action while at the Beach.

Append to the paragraph that begins “As a Daily Action, a Castaway with an HSR of less than 7…” in the rule “Workdays” the following:

A Castaway may not exert themselves if the result of the Date Action they take would reduce their HSR.
