In “SCP Ratings”, append the following:
As a Weekly Action, any Maestro Team Member may decrease one digit of their SCP Rating by 1, and increase one digit of their SCP Rating by 1.
We don’t want to be locked into just one strat, right?
There’s no numeral for “-1” so I think it wouldn’t even be possible to begin with
Thinking about it, it’d probably be a very hard sell to argue that reducing a digit is the same as subtracting one (or ten, or one hundred) from the SCP number as if it was a number in the hundreds. 
BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
The game has been running since 2003 and resets every month or so. Have a look around the wiki for more information and history. New players are always welcome and can join in the game at any time.

I’m uncomfortable about the possibility of underflow errors here. Lets say you have an SCP rating of 300, you might be able to argue that reducing the third digit gives you a rating of 299.
