Proposal: I’m willing to end this

Devenger has achieved victory.

The general is effectively dead. Dynasties without an active emperor are dangerous. Devenger would win now if we just killed off the general. So why delay?

Qwaz: That’s the point.  He’s doing this because Dev hasn’t actually achieved victory.  He’s saying that Dev would win if the general was dead.

for Much as it’s a pity this dynasty was never resolved, I knew that abusing the loyalty-for-damage mechanic early game would come in handy…

If anyone has any theme ideas, feel free to bring them up, I’m unsure what I’d make the theme be.
