In the first paragraph of the rule “World Wide Web”, change “that AI gains (via the Facility Head)” to “that AI gains (via the Facility Head at their earliest opportunity)”.
For each piece of World Data in the game for which no AI or Facility Head has saved the image and the World Data’s prior text string no longer links to an image, remove that piece of World Data from the game, decrement the publicly tracked number of pieces owned by that AI appropriately, and then increment the number of pieces owned by that AI the same amount.
this will cause any broken world data to be replaced by me @ the earliest opportunity! the first bit of rules adjustment is just for clarity’s sake.

No admin can accurately enact the second paragraph of this, as they won’t know who’s saved which image, and can’t “decrement the publicly tracked number of pieces owned by that AI appropriately”.
So an enactment would be a performative “I magically update the platonic gamestate to some true values, whatever they are”, and we all sail on without knowing who has which World Data, safely assuming after a day or two that whatever Lemonfanta has updated (and which wasn’t challenged by anyone) is legal?
