Proposal: Imaginary Friends

Quorums 5-0. — Quirck

Enact a new rule, “Imaginary Friends,” with the following text:-

An Imaginary Friend counts as a Child for the purposes of voting and quorum on Proposals, but not on Calls for Judgement or Declarations of Victory. Each Imaginary Friend is listed as subrule to this rule, with the title of the subrule being the name of the Imaginary Friend, and the text of the subrule describing the conditions under which the Imaginary Friend votes For, Against, DEF, or otherwise, on a Proposal. Any Child may cast a vote on behalf of an Imaginary Friend by posting a comment on a Proposal that contains the name of the Imaginary Friend and the vote that Imaginary Friend casts on that Proposal, as long as the vote is in accordance with the conditions described in the subrule for that Imaginary Friend.

This introduces the main mechanic I’m interested in exploring, a set of non-player entities with the ability to vote.

for This will be difficult to manage as intended, as we aren’t used to this sort of thing. Oh well, should be fun.
