In the rule whose name contains “Vanity”, change the text
When the Editor makes a weekly report, they must declare which Scribe has the highest Looks.
to
When the Editor makes a weekly report, they must declare which Scribe has the highest Looks, or that there is a tie for highest Looks.
The other interpretation is that the Editor gets to pick which of the Scribes with the highest Looks to declare.

I don’t think it would be that he gets to choose. If anything, I would think it would be both or neither. It is best if he just waits for this though.
