In the rule “Titles” replace
For every Title, the Noble who holds that Title (if there is one) receives 2 Wealth
with
For every Title, the Noble who holds that Title (if there is one) receives 3 Wealth
in the rule “City” replace
A Title within which a City has been built gives 3 Wealth (instead of 2) when Time Advances.
with
A Title within which a City has been built gives 4 Wealth (instead of 3) when Time Advances.
The “acquiring titles” portion of the game has all but dried up, I think in part to the fact that if you claim any of the open titles you wind up giving away all your income from it to your Lords. This will hopefully make getting titles a little more attractive for everyone.
