If this proposal passes, Doremi is ineligible to win this dynasty, whether or not e satisfies the victory conditions. Eir name will be removed from the filmographies wiki, and e will assume eir managerial duties.

I don’t think you can win, and by voting IMP you are techinically already voting FOR
But unless we’ve made another change while I’ve been asleep, you can’t legally post a Declaration of Victory and win again.
This doesn’t change anything; Rule 2.1 will add Doremi back automatically, and the thing about not winning has no effect because it doesn’t change the Ruleset or the Gamestate.
Couldn’t we simply agree that each time one of the rules mentions “an Actor”, it doesn’t apply to Doremi because he technically is the “Investor”
If Doremi doesn’t want to win, e does not have to declare victory.
Can add a rule that the investor is explicitly not an actor: this has been done before. See: AG’s spaceship dynasty, for instance.
BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
