Create a new rule “Black Hats”:
The Hat of the Contestants named X is Black.
Change the text of rule “Black Hats” so that X is changed to the names of each Contestant that voted FOR on this proposal.
Does a DEF vote count as FOR in terms of this rule if Ais votes FOR?
If the “My Face Is Up Here” Rule doesn’t kick in, then yes, the normal DEF Rule is applied.
Hats cannot be black without changing the hat list.

BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
