Players are generally expected to take their Prep actions within X hours of the Prep phase starting.
For each EVC which included a single string of “Within Y Hours” (with any capitalisation, and where Y is any number above 1), take the median value (rounding down) of those Y numbers and replace X with it in the text added above.
Off the back of Late Penalties and the possible self-fulfilling prophecy of some players waiting four or five days to submit moves because they can see that rounds generally do take four or five days: an informal and fineless statement on how quickly players are expected to play the game, taking a poll on the number.
