Proposal: Infinite Parcels Aren’t Cheap

If there exists no Rule “Relinquishment” create it as a sub-rule of “Obtainment”.
Amend the text of the Rule “Relinquishment” to the following:

A Noble may Relinquish any Title they hold by making it an Abeyant Title, and updating the gamestate accordingly. A Noble gains 6 Wealth upon Relinquishing a Dukedom, 5 Wealth upon Relinquishing an Earldom, and 4 Wealth upon Relinquishing a Barony.

What about this? No possible abuse, though it makes higher level Titles a bit weak in gain.
