Add to subrule War:

When the game is in a state of World War, countries may only post or accept market orders to or from other countries which are in the same alliance. Countries who are not in an alliance may only post or accept market orders to or from other countries without an alliance, save for the Hegemonist, instead (providing that ey are not at war with such a country). The Hegemonist may not post or accept market orders at all. FORCED buy and sell orders are an exception for the purposes of this paragraph.


This part seemed popular enough:) (and reflects the chaos and paranoia likely to be found in world wars)

veto “The Hegemonist may not post or accept market orders at all.” I already cannot post M.O’s. But the bit about accepting conflicts with the Market rule and sub-rules. Please re-propose this, repealing the rule texts that mandate me to accept some orders.
