In the Rule “Nuke”, replace the phrase “and the Atom cast a vote or makes an action defined by a Dynastic Rule” with “and the Atom makes an action defined by a Dynastic Rule”.
Someone shouldn’t be put in the position where they can’t vote without losing.
My idea was “taking ANY action” would be bad.
Their “last” vote would still be valid anyway, since it was still valid when cast. On the other side, since quorum is so low, I don’t see a problem.
Somebody shouldn’t find themselves in a position where they can’t vote without losing. Especially since, with such a low quorum, one vote can make a big difference.
Generally conditions like this are curtailed to just Dynastic actions, and they should never affect votes on a Call For Judgement, which this does.
