No Insider may have Location value of “Outside” for any reason. If this CfJ passes, then all Insiders with the Location value of “Outside” immediately are returned to the Location value that they had immediately prior to being Outside.
The DoV was sort of a referendum on this, so I figured we should make it official.
Also, I’ll get 2 Looks back, as it was illegal to spend them, if this CfJ passes.
If the dynasty is still going on, this is a huge advantage to whoever enacts the rule. I’m tempted for sanity purposes to say that their location is actually outside, but they need to move back. See my proposal
nevermind, its just the insiders who fail to move themselves inside that get hosed, and my proposal would just hose them differently.
Also you don’t get your looks back unless the CfJ says you get your looks back. Sorry.
Everyone should vote FOR this for speed. It won’t have any effect, but it will go away faster.
