Create a new rule “Unnoticed Moving”,
As a daily action, if a Contestant (the Unseen) has less than half the Fame of the Contestant with the highest Fame, the Unseen Contestant may change their own Location to any valid room except the Diary Room.
This is a separate action from the one described by rule 2.3 The Bunker
Uh guys? Is it possible none of you understood what this proposal says? It allows unseen contestants to move TWICE per day. Which was may most popular suggestion on my suggestions post. SPECIFICALLY, Quaz AND Rodlen said they liked it. So WTF.
To quote myself:

Lol, I did like it! But we don’t currently have a Rule limiting moves to once per day. If this were a Proposal to limit moves to once per day AND allow low-Fame Contestants to circumvent that, I would Vote For it. On the other hand, it might be nice to have something there for high-Fame Contestants too.
BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
