Add a new rule called “Population Happiness” with:
Each EM has an amount of Population Happiness, tracked in the GNDT in the column “Happy”. Population Happiness defaults to 50. An EM can spend 1 Money to increase their Population Happiness by 20. If an EM’s Population Happiness is 0 or lower, they cannot gain Money. When a Population’s Happiness is 20 or lower, it becomes 20 when their EM performs a Revolution. When an EM is the target of Propaganda or Attack, they lose 20 Population Happiness.
- Once per dynasty, if your Population Happiness is higher than 100, you can gain 1 non-Money asset of your choice.
- Once per dynasty, if your Population Happiness is higher than 150, you can gain 2 non-Money assets of your choice.
- Once per dynasty, if your Population Happiness is higher than 200, you can gain 3 non-Money assets of your choice.
Add the following to the list of Assets:
- Megastadium: Whenever you gain Money, add 30 to the MGTA and increase your Population Happiness by 30.
- Televangelist: Whenever you gain Money, increase Population Happiness by 3 for each EM that has an Televangelist Asset.
- Anime: Whenever you gain Money, increase Population Happiness by 10.
- Giant Ice Cube: Lower the MGTA by 100 when you acquire this. Increase the MGTA by 100 when you lose this. Whenever you gain Money, you lose this Asset.
Add to “Power and Assets”:
The UNSG cannot have Assets.

What’s the reason for banning UNSG from having Assets?
Madrid:
True, but it would harm the MGTA severely. Also, there’s a (deliberate) limit to how much Happiness Money you can get, so it can’t get out of control.
Preempting the UNSG trying to blast MGTA up lol.
Farsight:
Don’t the current rules prevent us having more than five assets anyway?
TyGuy6:
TyGuy6:
[Farsight] Not anymore, as Asset Slots were removed. Sky’s the limit.
TyGuy6:
Oh well, it’s a little loose but “you” obviously refers to any reader.
Don’t feel pressured to agree to losing your priveleges, pokes. I’m leaving the choice to you, and we can always repropose without the clause.
