Change the text of the rule “Tier 9: The True Reality” to the following:

No Mindjacker whose Level has been 9 or higher for at least 24 hours has achieved victory.

If more than one Mindjacker is simultaneously considered to have achieved victory by having been level 9 for at least 24 hours, apply the following criteria to only those Mindjackers, in the order listed below:
* The Mindjacker who has spent the most Matterium in this dynasty achieves victory
* If multiple Mindjackers have spent the most Matterium in this dynasty, the Mindjacker who has had 9 as their Level for the most time in this dynasty achieves victory
