Create a new rule entitled Relaxed:
A tourist is considered relaxed when they have a stress value of 0-5. A tourist is considered stressed when they have a stress value of more than 12. A tourist is considered Stress-free when they have a stress value of 0 and have had a stress value of 0 for the entirety of the previous 48 hours.
Per Qwaz, and because I don’t agree with the 48 hours thing.
