Add a subrule to the rule “Tier 7: Inverted Tesselation Grid”. Call it “Inverted Fingerprint” and give it the following text:

As soon as is practical after transferring Suspicion via Blameshifting, the Mindjacker who transferred the blame shall privately message the recipient of the Suspicion with a part of their Symbol Name that they have not disclosed to that recipient since acquiring their current Symbol Name, along with the phrase “framed you”. If they have already disclosed their entire current Symbol Name to a given recipient, they may not Blameshift to that recipient.

Mindjackers may not include the phrase “framed you” in messages sent under the rule “Near-Field Psyonics”.
