Disagree that this also deserves compensation: with CfJs, Derrick is being allowed to take an invisible move outside of the regular Watch system, where rival players would have been acting on the belief that Derrick was still at Auld Anchorage. Derrick has the advantage here.

Hmm, but sure, he wasn’t there for a full turn to take the port. And one treasure could tip the balance. Might even be a last straw. Might send someone over the edge, hmm?

I just mean that when players were choosing and submitting orders during Watch Seven, we all thought Derrick was staying at Auld Anchorage and factored that in accordingly. (Derrick only pointed out the oversight half an hour before the end of Watch Seven, giving nobody any time to react to the revelation.)

Appearing to be in one place but actually being in another is a good thing, not something that needs compensation.

The timing was not intentional. I was on vacation and trying squeeze in visits every 48 hours. I don’t think I need to reward me, I’m just trying to make the moves that were my obvious intention without holding up the game.

I suppose.
