Proposal: It’s still a secret to everybody

1-4, timed out. Failed by Elias IX; nothing in the proposal forces who can admin this, since it failed.

Adminned at 03 Jun 2006 19:58:50 UTC

This proposal should only be adminned by the Abbot or Bucky.  If anyone else admins this proposal, this proposal does nothing except change its own status back to “Pending”.

Make changes to the Gamestate as described in the e-mail Bucky sent the Abbot concerning the proposal by Bucky entitled “It’s a secret to everybody”, if exactly one such e-mail exists.

There.  This version explicitly specifies a definite set of changes to the gamestate, so it should be valid.

On a side note, if this fails, none of Hix, Purplebeard, Rodney, or I can admin this?

That’s not the case.  If this fails, that clause does nothing.

I don’t think there is a rule allowing the first paragraph to take effect on its own.  If the proposal passed, then the first paragraph would be part of a passed proposal and so should be followed.  If it fails, the first paragraph has no independent force and so the proposal could be administered normally.  At least that is my theory.
