If the Proposal titled “Itsa Proposal” failed, this Proposal does nothing.
Create a sub-rule of Shine “Found” with the text:
If the number of Shine Sprites that the Tour Guide possesses should ever be exactly 0, the dynasty is over, if no one meets any victory conditions, repeal all dynastic rules and start a new metadynasty.
Agreed with Qwaz; we undefined it recently on the basis that it’s just confusing while there isn’t a metadynasty, and we can add it back to core rules when we actually want a metadynasty.

We removed a term from the glossary because we can add it back when we need it…?

Yeah Amni, I was almost as upset when we removed Metadynasty as I was when we got rid of anonymous CfJ.
BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
