Proposal: Jewels of Many Colors

Add the following line to the end of the rule “Natural Colors”

Jewel: blue, cyan, green, lime, pink, purple, red

i.e. every color that isn’t natural for another material

The last attempt was “all Colors”, for which I was the swing AGAINST vote on the basis that it’d allow new colors that didn’t correspond to a pigment. Providing an explicit list deals with that problem.
