Add a rule entitled “Finishing Moves” as follows:

Each Wrestler may have a publicly tracked and unique Finishing Move, which is a string of text one to three words in length; Wrestlers default to having no Finishing Move. If a Wrestler has no Finishing Move, they may set their Finishing Move at any time. (The names of Finishing Moves are flavor text.)

If there is a rule called “Fighting” then instead of creating the above rule, create a subrule of “Fighting” entitled “Finishing Moves” as follows:

Each Wrestler may have a unique Finishing Move, which has a publicly tracked name consisting of a string of text one to three words in length, and a publicly tracked sequence of five values from the among the set of sides available on Fight Dice, which sequence may include repeated instances of the same value but may not include more than one “Miss” value. Wrestlers default to having no Finishing Move. If a Wrestler has no Finishing Move, they may set their Finishing Move at any time; both its name and its sequence must be set simultaneously. (The names of Finishing Moves are flavor text.)

If there is a rule called “Fighting” then as the penultimate step of the atomic action in that rule, insert the following:

* If they kept a set of die results which corresponds exactly to the sequence of their Finishing Move (without considering the order of those results), gaining 5 Contribution

What does “five nondistinct values” mean here?

Same question.

I meant it as “five values, which may include repeat instances of the same value.” Does that phrasing make more sense?

Can someone who knows how give an estimate of the odds of rolling the sequence with the yhatzee method?

Odds of rolling it on the first roll are very low (ballpark 3%), with a decent chance (I calculated 31%) that you roll 2+ Misses and can’t try again. In the leftover 66%, odds are good (maybe 25%?) you only are off by 1 die, which gives you usually 14/54, and sometimes 11/36, (call it 28%) chance to reroll into it. The rest of the time, you have two or more dice to reroll twice, and your odds go down around 12%, roughly?

All in all, that’s 3%+66%*(25%*28%+75%*12%) ~= 14%, or 1 in 7.
