Set the Clearance Level of the Dynastic Rule entitled “Clearance Levels” to ULTRAVIOLET.  Set the Clearance Level of all its subrules to ULTRAVIOLET as well.  Finally, set the Clearance Level of the High-Programmer to ULTRAVIOLET.

If a majority of EVCs on this proposal that contain text do not also contain the text “Me Too”, set the Clearance Level of the admin enacting this proposal to VIOLET.

Redundant with the CfJ, but it doesn’t hurt, and there shouldn’t be a problem no matter what order they are enacted in. for
