Lets see…history shows this kind of proposal has a high chance of being vetoed.
I need to get it to reach quorum before time runs out! COME, MY DARK MASTER, ELJEFE!
Once again, a gamestate change specifically to ‘pull the rug’ out of someone that is a likely winner seems…silly.
I don’t have anything against conspiring to keep him from winning, just don’t change the rules to make it possible.
But here’s the problem: You change the rules of Nomic to help yourself win. Usually that victory can be achieved by different means so the proposals make for a more circuitous route to victory.
In a horse race game like this there’s no point in doing that. All proposals are either going to be “Kill Smith!” or “Let Smith Live!” And then those get vetoed.
My Morgue proposal was basically “Kill Smith!”, only I dressed it up a little and added some flavor.
You’re voting against a proposal that would help you? You really are Anthony!
no anthony would just make up a couple fake accounts, claim they were family members, and have them agree with him on everything.
DC-
Well, it’ll help all of us since it’d be an allied victory for the Team Die Smith (German for “The Smith”).
But it’s still a little on the nose, for my tastes.
I’d rather we vote to create a Death Ray, vote to install it on an alien battleship, so for the aliens to abduct Jason, and THEN vote everyone’s relationship negative.
Zap.
Rodlen:
No. Just no.
