Add the following segments, not on the Wheel and not Primed, with the following values:
Name: Bronco
Payout: Gain 11 points
Global Effect: Randomly select an instance of this segment within all Wagers and Hustles. The gambler with that random instance in their Wager or Hustle is the Cowboy. If the Points of the Cowboy are positive, set their Points to zero.

Looks like Zyborg may have misunderstood “Detach all Segments” to mean “delete from the gamestate”, when spinning Anatomist, there, or simply made the kind of copy-and-paste error we all make.
This CfJ doesn’t do anything to address the currently invalid gamestate, though: if Bronco and Shaft should have been available Segments all this time, all Spins since then have been incorrectly applied. We should probably retroactively regard their removal there as legal, and play on.
