Add the following optional action that each island may do once per turn during their turn:
If the weather is rainfall, they may increase their foliage by 1.
assuming you meant rainstorm, it already pretty much does this provided you choose to roll a green dice so I’m not really sure what this adds
May I suggest using:
“Add to the list of Overground Actions”
specifying the location in the rules that changes are happening is usual for this nomic.
Uniform bonuses to all players are value-neutral; if everybody gets it then it might as well not happen at all.
@Josh. Not always. Foliage is actively destroyed by biomass, so having more of it does have a noticeable effect.
BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
