Maybe we could try something new with this.

This is a big leap, and IDK if it’s necessary. If anything, maybe tie it to the number of active people? I know that not everyone uses their slots but increasing the total number of proposals that can be pending at a time could lead to inundation.

Well in that case I see 2 things in that case

A - Having a cap on number of total active proposals

or

B - Making it where the number of active proposals for each player can have is determine by the number of acetive players

I would be delighted to see more players proposing things, but I’m not sure the cap is currently what’s holding people back.

against I think adding more proposals to the queue will not spice up the game, instead lets see if we can add some incentives so that non-active players post more?

@Arthexis They wouldn’t be idled players at that point

against As the way it is now, I don’t think this is quite right.

@Raven, I think arthexis meant non-active as in players that don’t post much, not as in idled players.

against The number of players who regularly bump up on the proposal cap is quite small, and those players are usually the ones that win anyway. Imo this would centralise power in that small number of hands and would make it harder for anyone else to break the lock. Per arthexis, the better question is how to get players who aren’t using their slots to use them.

against But I’m glad you suggested it, as a reminder that any rule is editable. Propose the change you want to see!
