Per Bucky in his though, anything in the comment part (that tan box) by core rule, is not counted as part of a posts main body. Since Josh’s call for a repeal was in that box (along with the retheming that Bucky’s proposal is trying to fix) do not take effect. Hence the two fix proposals. If it had taken effect I’m sure someone with more wiki know how then me would have fixed up the ruleset and gdnt by now (and I know Kev has been on since the AA and he is a wiki admin)

Case in point in the first victory section, that rule repeal isn’t an automatic function in an AA

No Dynastic rules were listed to be kept; they all were thusly repealed.

(I’m not going to edit the Ruleset or GNDT again, yet, to avoid a bevy of unnecessary undos, but they are in fact already repealed. The core rule involved has evidently been changed since the Seventh Dynasty of Kevan, most likely to avoid that loophole from being exploited again; as it stands now, the AA lists what is to be kept, not what is to be revealed; precedent is irrelevant.)

Hmm, Looking over past AA’s I see that most say “Repeal all Dynastic rules” but there are a few that dont that didn’t end up like what I linked. Idk now, don’t want to SK this just in case someone else needs to add to this.

(since we posted more or less the same time I didn’t see your post. Would make sense that it got patched and I had been idle for a fair amount of time. On a side note, when they do get editted they should go on a new page to link up to the main dynasty list proper. Not sure how to do that myself.)
