Create a new sub-rule of Campaigning “Fundraising” with the text:
In a Candidate has not taken a campaign action within the last 12 hours, that candidate may perform a Fundraisor by posting 1DICEX in the GDNT where X is any postive number between 0 and the total number of supporters they have. The Candidate must then increase their money by the result and decrease their supporters by X*.25. Rounded down to the nearest whole number.
