Proposal: Lets just cap it, ok?

Timed out. Fails 2-3. Clucky

If the proposal “For the Red in all of us” passes, this proposal does nothing.

Add the following after the first line of 2.3.2 Training.

TP is an integer value from 0 to 30. If an Olympians TP is ever increased above 30, it is set to 30. No action may be preformed that sets an Olympian’s TP below 0.

for Why not?  (I can see from the GNDT why _you_ say not, Hix, but you could easily fix that.)

against The whole reason im proposing what I am is the people not spending tp breaks the averages used in other rules.  We need them to spend them, not sit at 30 doing nothing.

Nomic shouldn’t be played for you. You should at least have to do some work…

This is actually quite a disadvantage for them.  They will never have any good stats, just average ones, but it means there not dragging the rest of us back.

Average Stats are better than no stats.

Actually, yes.  For ALL of us.  Since we have a bunch of rules that effect us, but are based on the AVERAGE of all olympians stats.  When you have a couple of people with 2,2,2,2 and 20 TP dragging that average down, these rules do not perform as expected.

Thats what I’m trying to fix.

I disagree. When someone fails to live up to their part of a team, auto pilot doesn’t just kick in. If they are failing, others need to pick up the slack and try to get on anyways.
