Rodlen, the entire relic scam was me.  He had nothing to do with it.

Except that I was the victim.

No, no, no, I mean his inability to remember rules.

No one is perfect.  Even I misenacted a few proposals when I first started, but I learned.  I believe that the only reason to vote down a proposed adminship is if you really believe they will abuse their admin powers or, in some cases, if they are too new (as in, joined within the past week or two).
