The Despot is not an Oligarch, so this is a bit redundantly worded.

I don’t care about this, although I’ll remind Loyalists that it erodes their advantage.

The Despot is not an Oligarch for Dynastic rules. I’m not certain if that applies to Proposals, hence clarification. Not quite sure how it erodes Loyalists’ advantage, but whatever.

for It does not really erode it. They still have the same advantage over us. I’m not sure what this accomplishes either though.

...But everybody’s goes up, by the same amount. Oligarch-to-Oligarch, Power is relatively the same. Oligarch-to-Despot is where there is a Relative difference, but that applies equally to Loyal and Sedititious Oligarchs. I am genuinely confused by your statement.

Heck, absolute difference is itself a relative value. Color me doubly confused here.

Right now, I have three times your Power. If this were enacted, I would only have 4/3 times your Power.

Oh, that clears that up.

A little disappointing that the Despot seems uninterested in protecting the advantage of his loyal supporters.
