Proposal: “Levelling Up”

If the Proposal titled “Obligatory Location Proposal” failed, do not enact the lime green section of this proposal.

If the Proposal titled “Obligatory Location Proposal” passed, do not enact the cyan section of this proposal.

Create a GNDT column entitled “Location”. (There isn’t one yet.)

Change every line starting with a bold word in the rule “Location” to a bulleted point (using asterisks), and remove the bold tags throughout the rule.

Add the following to the end of the rule entitled “Location”:

Create a rule entitled “The Building” with the following text:

*The Building:
The Building is a multistory building with floors numbered by nonnegative integers starting at 1 on the top floor and ending at 20 on the bottom floor, to motivate Gostaks to reach the top, as if the floors indicated a ranking system. Gostaks may not move to any level on a floor above 20 unless permitted to do so by another rule.

If a Gostak is the only Gostak on a floor that is named only by its number, then that Gostak may add to the name of the floor by adding a hyphen followed by the desired floor name. Floor names may not be more than four words long.

If a Gostak moves to The Building, e shall also indicate which floor e is on.
New Gostaks start at 20th Floor - Lobby.

Later we can add titles and effects to these floors by proposal, maybe allowing more dosh to be distimmed, entering a prisoner’s dilemma, etc.

There should be a limit to the Human Ressources Ability, but that we can change.

I like it as a replacement for the Location proposal enough to CoV that.

Although it’s a bit strange that someone on the third floor can basically eliminate competition by moving everbody, including those on higher floors, to the bottom floor as many times as they like. may need an amendment proposal later.
