Note: I find the “all villagers are either dead or do not have the disease “black death”” condition to have weak wording, because its meaning changes depending on how you decide to do the groups in the phrase’s syntax (I think).

I’m assuming Derrick intends the broadest reading here; that if some villagers are dead and all the rest are safely uninfected, the dynasty might as well end there. Which seems fair enough.

But I can’t see why the winner in this situation should be the player who spread the most plague.

Any thoughts on who then should be the winner? It’s a valid observation. But then we need a winner.

I used inclusive OR above. If I want to use exclusive OR I’ll use a worth like “either”. But yes, it is a little weak.

I shouldn’t get into suggestions to avoid giving anything away, but there are various ways we could try to measure “cleverest survivor”.

also because intent =/= what’s written because otherwise loopholes can’t be a thing and I don’t agree with how this is written. Good idea though, its just the wording which is iffy imo.
