Unclear how this is intended to interact with wizards clearing their selections.

I was wondering about the fizzle charm. Seemed like an oversight. Greentick, if clucky’s point gets fixed

If your clear your selection after 72 hours, then you would not have a spell selected and so you’d selected fizzle.

You can always change your spell from fizzle to something else if you so wish, though there is a chance that the round will end before then

So maybe don’t clear your selection after 72 hours

Counterpoint: If you clear your spell, you have selected one even though you’ve since rescinded the selection.
Anyway, the only change among these that I approve of is the general 72 hour limit, so net .

@Bucky if that was the case, I’d still be able to run the duel under the “and every Wizard participating in it has selected a spell to cast in that duel,”. Meaning I’d still be able to run duels after people have cleared their spell.

Also do you feel 72 hours is too short or too long? Cause waiting 72 hours feels very slow to me.
