Add a dynastic rule entitled “Salve Rex” as follows: “At any time, the King of England may declare victory.”

There exists a way to use Shakespeare (which, assuming that we can all write poetry, could be any proposal) to create a King of England, who would immediately declare victory. Very, very risky.

I should note that the ruleset only permits a Monkey to create Shakespeare, and then only if the Monkey possesses a Typewriter.

does the phrase “that is posted by a Blognomicker who is expressly permitted to post it” refer to “Shakespeare” or “any Proposal”?

Lilomar I think that the phrase “that is posted by a Blognomicker who is expressly permitted to post it” refers to the Blognomicker making a post. Therefore I think Shakespeare is a post in iambic pentameter that is posted by a monkey.

A monkey is the son of Bette Nesmith Graham.
The son of Bette Nesmith Graham is appointed by Bette Nesmith Graham.
Bette Nesmith Graham is appointed by the Victorious Blognomicker.
