Proposal: Lowdown

Repeal the rules “Winner Medallions” and “High-Stakes Table”.  Remove the bullet point staring with “If any Gamblers are visiting the High-Stakes” from Wagers.

Can we all agree that this was a bad idea?

against This just leaves us with Plaques which cannot be gained in any way. If anything Medallions are more useful at this point.
