Add a new Downside to the list in the rule Upsides and Downsides:
Randomly select a number from 0 to 2, inclusive; then randomly select and apply that number of Downsides (excluding this one) to yourself.
Sorry, my question should be more clear. As written, it is recursive. Did you intend for it to be?
For the record, I’m in favor if it is. Exploding Downsides (c.f. exploding dice) could be entertaining.

BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
