Add the following test to the Daemons rule as a subrule and title it Mablious.
Summoning cost: 8
As a daily action, a corporation that employs Mablious may target a corporation and subtract 1 from the following GNDT columns:
Office
Factory
Goods
OutletsThis action may not be used to adjust a value of <= 0
Any one of the collumns. I’ll SK and redo it to make that clear, but first, any other comments?
Summoning Cost of 8 seems pretty high, considering the doubling cost if you employ other daemons. Maybe reduce the summoning cost to 5 and institute a ‘use’ cost, like, “As a daily action, Mablious’ employer may pay X to…”

BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
