So, if the last proposal passed was written by Cayvie, let Cayvie be the Top Banana and have the ability to write an Ascension Address in which e chooses a new theme and respective keywords for “Top Banana” and “Vegetable”. Additionally, let it be seen as if the Second Dynasty of Elias IX had never happened. That is, if there are ever any references to it in the Blognomic wiki, those references shall be removed.
