Proposal: Map to the future

Fails with quorum against at 2-4. -RaichuKFM

Remove “, but not more than three times in a given week” from the rule “Apocrypha”.

In the rule “Apocrypha”, after “(The Editor may use a randomization method of their own choice for this action.)” append ” The Editor may not perform this choice more than three times in a given week.”

Encourage the editor to read more maps.

Also Brendan should read my map =)

imperial On paper, I think I agree with this, but it could wind up making things an utter mess.

I mean, more of one than it already is.

against  The 3x per week is just about at the limit of how frequently I can absorb new random rules; one rule per day, on top of proposals, is too much.

Also, the Editor is currently allowed to make Maps, and has some paper stockpiled; this change would let him effectively ignore the 3x per week limit for a while.

against Yeah, after some thought, I’m with Bucky. Nice try though.

editor making maps is a good point and should be patched as it is.

but currently it feels like the map backup will be too slow and brendan has no real reason to read maps over just going random

against 3x a week seems about right. I can see that maybe maps should have more priority, but this is a bit much. Nice try though.
