I have some discomfort about voting to uphold actions that haven’t happened yet.

That’s fair. Is there a better way to uphold the Mana gained in the meantime? I feel like if that statement isn’t included, someone could argue that it wasn’t valid to gain the extra 1 Mana per Sands of the Hourglass action.

I guess literally writing that out as part of the Proposal would do. It just feels somewhat awkward.

Ok, I explicitly added upholding the gain of 1 Mana so that we’re not voting to uphold all actions, just that specific one.

I’m not sure if this works because the Truth explicitly says that “this does not count as a separate mana gain”

Even so, “Each Necromancer has a publicly tracked list of Discovered Truths.” seems fine to me for setting up a list that may be empty. Not just from the mathematical perspective - it’s reasonable enough to speak of someone having nothing on their to-do list or shopping list, if they’ve written the heading but haven’t added any items yet, or have crossed everything out.

Well, the fact that we are debating it tells me the CfJ is needed to help resolve it.
