If the Proposal titled “Scourge of the Seas” failed, this Proposal does nothing.

In the subrule to rule 2.8, change

Two wooden eyepatches: GPS becomes zero and may not be changed until one of the wooden legs is removed.

to

Two eyepatches: GPS becomes zero and may not be changed until one of the eyepatches is removed.

Also, name that subrule Special motley. If Josh explicitly mentions another name for that rule in a comment to this proposal, name it thusly instead.
