Repeal the rule “Exploration”.
Remove “+5 square miles charted” from the Reward of the “Where’s the mountains?” mission.
The GNDT column with the widest title is three weeks old and still isn’t being used for anything. (The rule being repealed here just says “Each Explorer has a non-negative integer Square Miles Charted, which is tracked in the GNDT.”)
Good point - proposal amended to also remove it from the mission, if we feel like repealing it.
Is there any convention around re-introducing ideas? Looks like not much happened with this one, but seems like it could be fruitful territory at some stage.
I had packed plenty of charts to chart the uncharted areas. I suppose I should have known better and pack beer instead.
[Sinq] If you’ve got a good idea, by all means propose to bring it back. But this late in the dynasty, it’s usually more interesting to do things with existing variables than add new ones.
BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
